What we cover
Dealer software and diagnostics
Manufacturer-level software and diagnostics, module setup and replacement, resets and relearns, and what it takes to get access to the software in the first place.
Module programming
Programming and replacing modules, part adaptations, reading and writing EEPROM chips, and diagnosing and recovering a failed module.
Micro-soldering and bench work
Soldering and hot-air rework under a microscope, removing and replacing small components, pad and trace repair, connector and pin repair, and cluster, key and immobilizer boards.
Knowing the limits
When a board can reasonably be repaired and when it can't, and how to quote the job either way.
You'll leave able to
