One-on-one, at my shop, on real equipment.
I'm a working locksmith, not a franchise, a video course or a national training company. When you train here, I'm the one teaching you, start to finish.
You'll be the only student
We go at your pace and cover the skills you picked. You do every rep yourself instead of waiting for a turn, and I'm watching everything you do.
At a working shop
You train at my locksmith shop in Colorado Springs, not a classroom or a hotel conference room. You get the address when you book.
You pick what you learn
One skill or several. If you already know some of it, we skip it and spend the time on what you don't.
How long it takes
Days, not months. It depends on what you pick and what you already know, and you'll get a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.
A training day
Explain it. Do it. Do it again.
I explain something, you do it, then I watch you do it again and tell you what went wrong. That's the pattern all day. You aren't sitting through slides and getting twenty minutes with a lock at the end.
Expect to get things wrong on the first try. Everybody does. Getting it wrong with someone standing next to you is the whole point of learning in person instead of from a video.
What to bring
Yourself. Tools and materials are provided while you train. Wear something you don't mind getting dirty. It's shop work, not a seminar.
Buying tools after
Tooling is where beginners waste the most money. You'll have used the equipment here first, so you'll know which tools are worth buying before you spend your own.

Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is closest. Denver International (DEN) is about an hour and a half north. You'll get the address when you book, so you can pick a hotel close by.
